PEAK PASS POLICIES
Peak Pass purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once you complete your purchase, you will be charged for the amount shown at checkout, regardless of whether or not your season pass has been issued, or used. All pass purchases are subject to the restrictions described in the product description.
Additional protection that enables cancellations or refunds in certain scenarios may be purchased at the same time as you purchase your season pass. Those looking to add protection after purchase must call 800-927-8899 within the 30 days of your original purchase. If you choose not to purchase this protection, you will not be eligible for a refund or a credit rollover of any kind and understand that passes are non-transferable. Customer agrees to provide an email address for the sole purposes of communications related to season passes, the protection plan, and the Peak Pass Payment Plan. Customer agrees that this will be the only way that they will receive communication about these purchases.
Peak Pass Payment Plan down payment is non-refundable. By opting into the Peak Pass Payment Plan, customer agrees to pay $99 down at time of purchase, with the remaining cost of the pass split over 4 payments occurring on or around May 15, June 15, July 15 and August 15. The Credit Card provided at time of purchase will be used for each of these payments. Should a card need to be changed the customer must contact Peak Resorts at 800-927-8899. Any failed payment or missed payment will result in termination of the pass. Payments are non-refundable unless the Peak Pass Protection Plan was opted into at the time of purchase.
